I am Wouter Baustein, music producer, artist, and music and mindset coach. As the owner of Baustein.Academy (formerly Guitar Training Studio), an online platform for Music, Motivation & Mindset, and my production studio, Baustein.Studio, I help musicians with personalized training, coaching, and the creation of high-quality music and media productions. By combining music, motivation, and mindset, I guide musicians of all levels in their musical growth and career development.

With more than 30 years of experience, I provide clarity, inspiration, and practical tools to my audience. I specialize in guitar, songwriting, and music production, and I studied at Jazz Studio Antwerp and the Musicians Institute Hollywood. During my time in Los Angeles, I had the privilege of learning from KISS producer Kenny Kerner, whose honest and straightforward mentoring style left a lasting impact on my approach to music and coaching.
Recently, I published my first book: Rhythm Mastery – Read, Write, Play in 40 Days. This is the first in a series where I summarize my 30+ years of experience to help others with essential knowledge and tools. I also developed the Baustein Method, a personal coaching program designed to elevate guitarists’ skills to professional levels through structured guidance and actionable steps.

In addition to my work as a coach and mentor, I am co-owner of Groove Hunter Entertainment, a platform that promotes and supports artists in their creative development and helps them realize their full potential. Under my artist name Manic Youth, I produce and release my own music, collaborating with artists worldwide to bring a diverse and global perspective to my work. Additionally, I create educational and motivational content on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
My mission is to inspire musicians and help them achieve their goals and overcome obstacles. I strive to support them in finding focus and clarity, taking consistent action, and step by step building a successful and fulfilling career with a balance between technical knowledge and personal growth.
